Prayer for Special Occasions - S4-003

O God, who seek your children even before we are conscious of your love, we praise Thee for the blessings large and small in our daily lives. When we are obedient in your service, you provide a greater meaning to your purpose for which we are rewarded in unexpected ways. Free us from the sin of indecision and wavering doubt so that we may experience all that you have in store for us.

Send the light of Thy Spirit that we may walk through the dark times without fear. Make us witnesses for you within our own home.

May the positive attitude of Christ and his infinite love direct our minds as we seek the solution to the problems of our time. Inspire our statesmen with an active knowledge of your truth, that they may realize the greatness of unselfish service to all.
In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen
