Our Father, we are grateful for this meal that you have so kindly given to sustain and strengthen us.
May it nourish us as you have our lives.
We are Thine. Amen.

Lord of life, Giver of every blessing ,
we are the beneficiaries of this expression of Thy loving kindness.
You have always provided for us, even before we ask.
For thy love we are grateful.

Your love sustains us through every morsel.
May we dedicate anew our lives to greater usefulness in all our responsibilities.
